Its output is 100,000 pairs of hypoid gears and 1,400,000 pieces of other gears every year. Its service life of heat treatment is over 5,000T of parts. There are 544 gear machines here, such as the NC gear hobbing machine and planer, NC turning center, gear shaver, worm tooth grinder and NC lathe. There are 47 means for heat treatment, such as the gas carburization, quenching and tempering line, quench press, medium or high frequency quenching machines, and other auxiliary devices.
