The
iron casting works can produce gray iron castings and nodular
iron castings of all kinds of automobiles, tractors and the other
parts. The moulding department introduced the static pressure
moulding line (The inside dimension of the casting box is 1500
x 1200 x 500/450, productivity, 60 boxes per hour), from K.W.Gompany
of Germany. Now it is the largest iron casting, green sand production
line in China. The sand processing department introduced sand
mixer, sand cooler,and moisture automatic control system from
K.W.company of Germany. The melting department introduced the
coreless Induction Electric Furnace from Inductotherm Co. of U.S.
The core-making department introduced the Cold-Box Coreshooter
from Germany and installed a domestic furan-resin self-hardening
sand making line. |

main inspection instruments are electronic metalloscope introduced
from England, spectral analysis introduced from U.S. and three-dimension
